Diane Knight, MS Pre-Licesned Therapist
Diane is a master’s-level, pre-licensed therapist in Massachusetts with extensive clinical experience supporting adolescents, families, older adults, and individuals facing complex mental health challenges. She is particularly skilled in helping clients explore how past adversities shape present-day emotional experiences and in guiding them toward healing and resilience.
Her work includes supporting adults living with anxiety, depression, and those navigating major life transitions. Diane also has a deep passion for working with individuals and families in the perinatal phase—supporting those experiencing reproductive challenges, postpartum adjustments, and the emotional complexities of parenting.
Diane integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques into her approach. She takes great care in creating a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients set the pace of their healing journey. Diane views her role as both a compassionate listener and a steady guide, always centering clients’ voices and experiences.
She believes that everyone deserves access to mental freedom, inner peace, and authentic happiness. In addition, Diane is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, which allows her to connect with and support a wide range of clients and communities.
